Tim has 25 years of experience propelling businesses to achieve exceptional performance. He has served in progressive HR leadership roles at Fortune 500 organizations General Mills and Boston Scientific.  He also served as Interim Human Resources Vice President for Proto Labs through his work as a consultant.  Tim takes a practical and caring approach and is a skilled expert at focusing on what matters most to the business.  Tim has a history of working successfully with senior leaders in virtually every function, utilizing executive coaching and change acceleration skills in order to clarify goals and expedite plans to exceed targets.  Specific areas of expertise include Executive Coaching, Accelerating Change, Strategic Planning, Leadership and Employee Development and Lean Principles.
